HT2005-OCC-144 144-cores outdoor fiber cross connect cabinet is an outdoor optical access network in the trunk cable and wiring cable node to achieve outdoor fiber optic wiring equipment, you can realize the fiber optic through, disk storage, and fiber optic fusion splicing, scheduling functions. It can be installed outdoors on the ground and overhead in two ways.

光交接箱安裝流程
第一步：選址
第二步：底座的光纜管及預(yù)埋底框布置
第三步：混凝土底座的安裝
第四步：交接箱體的安裝
第五步：布放托盤
第六步：儲存管理預(yù)置尾纖
第七步：外纜引入
第八步：外纜與尾纖熔接
第九步：開通路由。
光交接箱施工要點
（1）、光交接箱箱體必須安放平整、固定牢靠；
（2）、接地可靠，做好防腐、防銹、防酸處理；光交接箱地線統(tǒng)一用16mm*2的規(guī)格型號,銅鼻需用螺絲固定。
（3）、光交接箱底座瓷磚必須做到整齊規(guī)范；
（4）、光纜進線必須按照從左往右的順序固定；加強芯從螺絲中心點起留10-15MM，膠帶統(tǒng)一黑色，長短度一致；如遇不夠固定，統(tǒng)一使用黑色扎帶綁扎統(tǒng)一水平面，整齊一致，剪口朝內(nèi)，剪平；
（5）、配線光纜在熔纖配線一體化模塊中按照從下往上，從左往右的順序進行熔纖施工；
（6）、過渡束管在熔纖配線一體化模塊內(nèi)不允許盤留超過半圈；過渡束管需弧度一致，所有的光纖過渡束管一起綁扎整齊；
（7）、光纜交接箱的光纜進線孔必須用防火泥封堵，封堵必須平整；做好光纜交接箱防水防塵，光纜掛牌掛在底座內(nèi) ；
（8）、熔纖配線一體化模塊（熔纖盤）內(nèi)，光纖過渡束管在熔纖配線一體化模塊內(nèi)必須用塑料小扎帶固定
（9）、光交施工完畢，需清理施工現(xiàn)場、光交內(nèi)衛(wèi)生；防塵帽必須蓋齊，顏色一致；
（10）、光交施工完畢后，光交面板標簽必須在三天之內(nèi)貼好，增補的成端位置必須在施工完畢后在面板標簽注明位置；
（11）、光纜測試纖芯衰耗必須符合標準，不符合的必須當場整改、修復(fù)，必須進行對纖以保證光纜成端的正確性；
（12）、光交接箱中所開的光纜進線孔必須用防火泥進行封堵；
（13）、光纜余線不得盤放在光交接箱下面,必須抽回人(手)孔盤好后靠邊固定(擺放)
